I was a bit disappointed with the hotel this time. The rooms were cold, and it seems they have started charging residents for parking, which was unexpected. I also missed having coffee in the room. On the bright side, the staff was professional and friendly, but some updates to the interior would be nice.
Our stay was a mix of highs and lows. The hotel is conveniently located, especially for visiting the Paradise Wildlife Park, but some staff members were disappointing, like the duty manager. The rooms had some issues with amenities for two people and a strange layout with the sink outside the bathroom.
I had a bit of a rough start with a mishap in the room causing some inconvenience, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to make things right. The rooms overlooked a beautiful courtyard and despite the initial hiccup, they were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The swimming pool was a delightful addition to the experience.
